หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Explore new distribution channels and expand existing market base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, clients and branches.
  • Assess and underwrite Property & Engineering risks in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Rate/underwrite assigned accounts, ensuring that the company selects proper risk and achieves target levels of profitability.
  • Provide good quality policy products delivered to the client accurately and in a timely.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
  • Provide technical support and training for junior staff when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal underwriting standards.
  • Assist AVP Underwriting /Manager in ensuring compliance and adherence to the underwriting guidelines and service standards of the company.
  • Initiating, designing new products and developing existing products for marketing.
  • Perform duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
